Standardized module design
Adopting a modular split structure, the size of each module is strictly adapted to sea freight containers (such as a 20 foot container that can accommodate 3-4 cabinet modules of 1.2m × 2.4m). The modules are spliced together through standardized interfaces (such as buckles and bolts), and there is no need for secondary cutting on site. Assembly can be completed in 2-3 days.
Material selection: Lightweight aluminum alloy frames and fire-resistant and moisture-proof boards are commonly used, with a single module weight controlled within 150kg. Compared to traditional integrated kitchens (which require on-site wall construction and tiling), transportation costs are reduced by 60%.
Functional integration
During the prefabrication stage of the factory, the pre embedding of water, electricity, and gas pipelines is completed, and core electrical appliances such as stoves, sinks, and range hoods are integrated. Some high-end brands (such as Nobilia in Germany) also pre install intelligent cooking systems (such as automatic stir fry pans and ingredient recognition scales), which can be put into use immediately upon landing.
Modular sewage system: pre installed sewage lift pump, can be directly connected to municipal pipeline network or septic tank, without the need for on-site renovation of sewage.

Packaging and Loading
Customized protection: the surface of the module is pasted with PE protective film, the corners are wrapped with foam corner protectors, and put into a customized wooden box (conforming to ISTA 3A transportation standard) to prevent collision and moisture during transportation.
Container loading: Adopting the "vertical loading+fixed strap" method to maximize space utilization, while using shock-absorbing pads to reduce the impact of shipping bumps on electrical appliances. For example, a 20 foot container can load a complete 8 ㎡ modular kitchen (including cabinets, appliances, and countertops).
Transportation mode selection
Ocean freight (mainstream): The lowest cost, suitable for bulk transportation, takes about 14 days from China to the West Coast of the United States and about 25 days in Europe, with a full container shipping cost of approximately $3000-5000 per 20 foot container.
Air freight: suitable for high-end customized orders or urgent orders, with a shipping time of 1-3 days and a cost 5-8 times that of sea freight. The shipping cost for a single module is approximately $200-300.
Customs clearance and landing services
Document preparation: Provide commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, CE/UL certification (for EU/US markets), and additional food contact material testing reports (such as US FDA certification) in some regions.
Local service: Cooperate with overseas logistics providers to provide "door-to-door" services, including import customs clearance, end of pipe delivery, and on-site assembly. Taking the US market as an example, customs clearance and assembly costs account for about 15-20% of the total value.
